Grand Opening at Scrap Digi Style on June 1st – 2nd!!!

Good morning everyone! I am so excited about this grand opening – the MEGA-MEGA kit is going to be free – all of the designers at this site contributed to this kit and you can all come and download it on June 1-2 for FREE!!!

My required contributions were 4 papers, 1 ribbon, 1 flower and 4 elements (hearts)… but when 21 designers get together – WOAH!!! This thing is HUGE!

Blog Slacker…

Sorry for slacking here, I have been so sick this week with a MAJOR head cold! On top of that, I have been creating new designs and doing the admin part of selling at 5 stores – one word  – WHEW!!!!

Lovely day here in Sunny California

The weather has been exceptionally great this week. Not too cold – not too hot – perfect!

I have been so busy with the admin part of the designing business – trying to upload my designs to 5 websites and get them all setup has been hectic. I am really in the mood for designing now!

My Newest Kit is Finished!

I had fun working on this kit – I love the colors and textures. It’s called “Ivory Coast” and is already selling on 2 sites – Scrap Digi Style and Designs In Digital:

More news…

Last night I was asked to be part of the design team for Designs In Digital!!! I can’t believe the response I have been getting – out of 6 designer calls I applied for, I have been hired by 5 of them and the other call ends on May 27th! I think 6 sites will be my limit to sell at, because they all require forum and challenge participation. I am already having a blast and it seems like my butt has been GLUED to my chair and my fingers to this keyboard for EVER!

I got an email today from Digi News Now with an offer letter to start designing there! Wow, HOLY COW – I have my hands full now – 4 sites to upload to, 4 galleries to comment on, 4 mega kits to contribute to, 4 challenges to run monthly – OMG!!! Good thing I LOVE digi scrapping! I have devoted every spare minute to making my design business work and make it profitable. I love designing and I love scrapping – good combo = great digi designer!

Please visit these sites and check out how AWESOME they are! I love the other designers work and galleries and feel honored to be among them. This has already become a vast learning experience for me, with site owners giving me great tips and helping me do quality control on my designs! What a great community to belong to…

Today I posted another item in the store at Scrap Digi Style! I am so excited to see how the sales go – I need to drive traffic there, since it is a brand new site! This is an incredibly beautiful alpha that I made – it’s so feminine and sweet!

My Designs Are In The Store!!!

YAY! Well, I am beyond excited! My first 2 kits are now available for purchase at Scrap Digi Style!

Designing like crazy!

Well, another site has offered me a job, so I will be designing for 3 sites so far!!! I am so excited – I have finished 2 kits completely and have started on my third.

Yay – I’m hired!

Today has been an awesome day – 2 digital scrapbooking sites asked me to design for their stores!!! I will be what is called non-exclusive, so I can sell at more than one site. Along with these new jobs come responsibilities. To name a few, I have to be active on the sites, contribute to the monthly mega-kits, pass a quality check for each item I upload, host crops and challenges monthly, do my own advertising, keep a bolg (duh) and leave lots of comments for layouts that people post.

Wow – I have my work cut out for me! I am very excited to be able to take my design experience to another level. I am going to start posting freebies on this blog so you can get a taste for my work. Keep your eyes out for my freebies and my new items available soon in 2 stores:
