Humpday FREEBIE (1 day late) & New Layouts!

Oh, it has been a busy month… It’s been one whole month since I have been going to the gym and working out 5 days a week for a solid hour. Mondays and Fridays, I have a personal trainer that works my butt off (literally) and I am constantly sore. Tues-Thurs I do cardio for an hour and then about a half hour of strength training. UGH!!! I am so stinkin’ sore!!! I hope it’s all worth it, because I have LOTS of weight to lose (you don’t want to know how much, then you would know what a fattie I am) and I want to start by getting strong first. Then, hopefully the weight will start to fall off. So far, I have only lost 1 pound, but I am losing inches.

  2. Thank you joy for the bracket frame. It is so pretty and will work great in layouts for my daughter. Keep up the good work on working out. Just remember muscle weigh more than fat. I bet you are gaining alot of muscle with all the trainning!!!

    Good for you – goin’ to the gym & workin’ your butt off!! Those trainers are hard core. Good Luck! I’ve been trying to get my gym schedule back in gear! I need to go every day (well Mon-Fri) to make it a good habit again! You’ll look even more fabulous in no time! Keep up the good work!!
