Oh, it has been a busy month… It’s been one whole month since I have been going to the gym and working out 5 days a week for a solid hour. Mondays and Fridays, I have a personal trainer that works my butt off (literally) and I am constantly sore. Tues-Thurs I do cardio for an hour and then about a half hour of strength training. UGH!!! I am so stinkin’ sore!!! I hope it’s all worth it, because I have LOTS of weight to lose (you don’t want to know how much, then you would know what a fattie I am) and I want to start by getting strong first. Then, hopefully the weight will start to fall off. So far, I have only lost 1 pound, but I am losing inches.
