I am Joy Kuoha and of Kuoha Designs, Ink!

I am a graphic designer who left the world of computer programming several years ago to join the fun world of digital designing. I never considered my self artistic, as I can’t even draw stick figures, but on the computer it’s a whole different story. I love to make things beautiful and visually appealing, that’s my creative side. All things beautiful are a joy forever.

In April of 2007, I decided to start designing digital scrapbooking kits for online sites that sell them. I have been a digital scrapbooker since 1996, but found a wonderful online community of digital scrapbookers who enjoy the same creative art that I do in 2006. I had purchased many kits made by other designers and I was getting very creative while making my layouts. So, the next logical step was to make my own and sell them. This was a very quick decision, and it seems a timely one at that. I applied at 6 different websites and was offered jobs by all of them! I was selling at all 6 sites for 5 months until I figured out that it’s just too hard to sell at more than one site when I am working full time as well.

At this time, I am only selling at one store, but I am writing for a few online publications. I also do graphic design for some non-profit organizations.

Thanks for visiting!

  1. Its interesting you have so many stores. Can you let me know by email.. what you think is the good and the bad about having a store and what stores you think are best. I am opening my own store and would really value your opinion in what you think a designers needs are.

  2. Would you like to do some digital design kits for Our mixed media bags. They are very neat, totally new in concept for the crafters and we love to post new ideas on our website at: http://www.dailywindow.com We believe you should be able to carry your art and then place it back into your album formats. Please let me know what you think. Paula Krieger/President. PS Would you like to partner between our websites.
